The two-year flagship program at UMA prepares students for the challenges of the 21st century corporate world. By imparting to students a holistic combination of high-standard academics, corporate interface, soft skills training and personality development, students will find that they have the necessary skill set to succeed in the corporate environment.While the MBA degree and program is from a UGC-recognized university, the Post Graduate Program in Management is from the Usha Martin Academy.The pedagogy of teaching includes pragmatic learning methodologies, case analysis and simulations using a curriculum that is responsive to the features of the global environment. Live Project & Industry Mentoring
As part of the curriculum, students work on live projects where they are given the opportunity to interact and receive mentorship from industry executives on as much of a “real-time” basis as possible. Students are offered the opportunity to work on business critical projects in cooperation with the industry. These projects incorporate aggressive timelines and definite deliverables. The projects and corporate exposure expand across multiple industry sectors with both the old and new economy.
Corporate Internships, Onsite
As part of the curriculum, students undergo internships at the end of the first year. Internships are provided in corporate houses across sectors.
Guest Lectures by Senior Corporate Executives
The support of the Usha Martin Group ensures access to senior executives from across different sectors. These executives are willing to share their insight with students. In addition, experts from different sectors and functions are regularly invited to speak on campus.
